Delicious Peach Yogurt Popsicles Recipe

I love popsicles, and making our own at home gives us the possibility to use fresh ingredients. These creamy Peach Yogurt Popsicles are so delicious!

My grandparents had a farm, and they grew all kinds of vegetables and fruit. I remember (when I was a little girl) going to my grandparent’s farm and picking peach directly from the tree, cleaning them on my jeans, and eating them. This is one of the most beautiful memories I have of going to the farm.

Desserts that include fresh fruits and vegetables are my family favorites! My husband likes it when I prepare the mini fruit tart, and my daughter like the mini carrot cupcakes.

Beautiful hot summer days are perfect for homemade popsicles with freshly harvested fruit we find at the supermarket or in your backyard.

The ingredients

Peach: I love peach, and they are in season right now, but we can use different kinds of fruit with this recipe, like strawberries, apples, blueberries, or pears.

Yogurt: This ingredient is what makes this delicious popsicle creamy. Because I’m making this recipe without dairy, I use vanilla oat yogurt, but you can use greek yogurt or any kind of vanilla yogurt of your preference.

Maple Syrup: I like the combination of maple syrup, vanilla, and peach, which also make it vegan, but you can use honey instead.

Milk: I like coconut milk for this recipe, but you can add milk of your preference.
