  • 1 box of hard or soft taco shells

Tofu Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 medium-hard tofu
  • 1/2 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 medium-size onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt (you can add more or less base on your taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional).

How to prepare Tofu for your tacos

Add the tofu to a food processor to get a consistency similar to ground meat.

Preheat the saucepan over medium-high heat, and add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Cut the sweet peppers, onions, green onions, and garlic into small squares.
