Ingredients

• 1 cup of baking soda
• 1/4 distilled water
• 30 drops of Lavender essential oil

In a separate small container, add two tablespoons of baking soda, add the essential oil, and mix well. This helps for better distribution of the essential oil into the final mix.

Pour the baking soda into the container. Add the water, and the essential oil mix and combine all ingredients.

Fill the ice cube tray with the mix and let it dry for 48 hours.

Take the tabs out of the ice cube tray. Place them in the tea paper filter bags and tie them on the top. If you got extras, place them in a glass container with a lid to use as a refill.
