- 2 cups Arugula
- 2 cups Spinach
- 3/4 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 Cherry Tomatoes

Add the green vegetables to a plate.
Cut the strawberries and cherry tomatoes into slices.
I cut the cucumber into long slices for decoration and curled them like mini flowers.
Add the cheese and your favorite salad dressing at the end.

I like to make vinaigrette dressing for this salad, but you can always add your favorite dressing.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic (optional)
- 1/4 Dijon mustard (optional)
