Holiday cards have a special meaning for me; It makes me feel closer to those special people that are not close by. I usually hang the cards on my tree every year, making my tree filled with love.
Handmade cards add something special in comparison to store-bought cards because someone took their time to make them and they were made with love.

In August, I made a post called “Handmade Paper from Recycled Paper” I knew right then that I wanted to use these beautiful papers to make my holiday cards. In this post, I share different ways to make these beautiful handmade holiday cards with different materials.
Also, I ordered some brown envelopes made from recycled paper to send our cards by mail.

How to make these Holiday cards?
- Create and print an image you would like to place on top of the handmade paper.

Do I need to print an image to make these cards?
No, you don’t need to print an image to make these cards. There are so many materials that can be used for these cards.
- Find a pine branch, rosemary, or eucalyptus to recreate a pine tree on your cards.
2. This is one of my favorite designs. Let the kids have fun making their own creations. I do have several cards made by my daughter. Those are priceless memories.
3. Grandparents will also love a photo of kids and grandkids. You can also add your pet’s picture to it. Glue a photo to the handmade paper and add a ribbon for decoration.
