How to Make Delicious Vegetarian Wings
This is a tasty finger food with a mix of sweet and sour flavors. These delicious vegetarian wings are made with cauliflower and honey garlic sauce. Perfect for family reunions, movie night, game night, or party snacks. Made from scratch.
We love to sit on our couch and watch a movie eating these delicious wings. We love them so much that sometimes we make them on weekends as the main menu for lunch with some cabbage salad aside.
My daughter’s favorite sauce is honey garlic. This is a great vegetarian alternative dish!
I love this recipe because these wings are baked instead of fried, and cauliflower comes with many nutrients.

Add the onion and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Add the cauliflower to the mix. Make sure the cauliflower gets well mixed with this dressing. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cooked for 15-20 minutes, and flip the cauliflower to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on the other side.

Useful tips
- I made these wings with chickpeas flour, but you can also use regular flour.
- I separated the cauliflowers into two batches so they don’t stick together when baking.
- Making the base dressing with spices like oregano, dill, and paprika for the cauliflowers increases the flavor of the final dish.
- You can substitute the natural shredded sweet onion for onion powder and garlic for garlic powder.
- I haven’t tried it yet, but Honey can be substituted with Maple Syrup.
- When mixing the chickpea flour, spices, and water, make sure the mix is thick enough to stay on the cauliflower but liquid enough to go through the florets.
